This hotel is in a great location right on the bay, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and a nearby castle. the staff is friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with any needs. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options including pastries, yogurt, eggs, and cold cuts. the hotel is conveniently located near the autostrada, making it easy to access.

The staff were wery kind... My son lost his toy at restaurant. The receptionist and waiter were wery kind and helpful. We found it, and my son would be happy. :) The stuff are smiling, and kind. But it is too far from the see and the village doesn't have any beach for swimming, but there is a cool Pizza shop in the village. So it is enougth for weekend, but it is not enought for long holiday. We were only for two nights. In spite of these we felt good ourself. Hi, Zolee

A very sterile environment. A wanna to be hotel with little to no services.

Comfortable room and clean amenities. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

The location was remote, far from the city center and any attractions. the lack of public transportation in the area made it difficult to get around.

The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, accomodating of special needs. We've been coming to this hotel for many years while visiting family in Sistiana. We always feel welcome back. The hotel is very beautifully located close to so many points of interest, Duino castle, Sistiana beach, the Carso and all the exciting sigths of Trieste such as Miramare.

We wish idea hotels would continue investing and upgrading the physical plant and facilities of the hotel such as landscapoing, room air conditioning, bathroom facilities. We found that since idea took over from holiday inn, the room amenities have been reduced: E.G. fewer towels, no shampoo, less soap,minibar removed. It's really too bad because the hotel itself is set in such a unique location. Its plant and its staff deserves more support.

The hotel offered basic, no-frills accommodation at a good value. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for a quick stopover in the North-East Italy region.

The exterior of the hotel was unattractive and the overall cleanliness was not up to par. Some amenities, such as AC and reliable internet access, were lacking.
